About this role

[What the role is] You will be part of the Insights Team under the Communications Analytics Division (CAD), Community Outreach Group (COG), which gathers, analyses and interprets qualitative data and feedback from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that guide policies, messaging and outreach strategies. In this role, you will plan and coordinate feedback gathering on topics of interest, maintain analytical standards and derive succinct insights to guide public communications. You will work with the Analytics Team to co-develop tools that enhance and streamline feedback gathering and analysis. You will also support quality data collection by planning training programmes and applying varied training approaches to strengthen capabilities.…
