About this role

[What the role is] The Senior Manager (Procurement & Contracts Management – Non-development Projects) supports the end-to-end procurement and administration of PA non-development contracts, from preparation of quotation/tender specifications through to contract award till completion of contract and final account closure. The role ensures that all procurements and contracts are administered in accordance with PA policies, Government Instruction Manual, and relevant authorities’ requirements, safeguarding PA's contractual and financial interests while contributing to the continuous and effective functioning of PA's facilities and operations.…
