[What the role is] The Senior Manager (Procurement – Development Projects) supports the end-to-end procurement of development project contracts, from preparation of the quotation/tender specifications through to contract award, ensuring all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with government policies, the Government Instruction Manual, and PA's internal governance frameworks. The role safeguards PA's contractual and financial interests while contributing to the timely delivery of community spaces.
