About this role
To run a successful hotel, you certainly need guests. We here at Sircle Collection think it is essential that our guests’ reservations are handled correctly and that their wishes and needs are fulfilled. As our Reservations intern, you will have daily contact with our guests. Not only by making reservations but also by answering their questions and arranging extra requests. You will be part of the Commercial Team, working closely with our diverse Reservations team. This is what you're going to do Manage and confirm individual hotel bookings throughout the Netherlands, ensuring guest satisfaction.
