About this role
Deine Aufgaben Schnittstellen-Controlling & kollaborative Budgetierung: Du bist die analytische Instanz unserer Abteilungen. Gemeinsam mit den Abteilungsleiter:innen erarbeitest du Budgets. Du analysierst die Performance unserer Inbound-Kanäle, überwachst die Effizienz von Ausgaben und begleitest den Erfolg unserer Sales- und Marketing-Aktivitäten. KPI- & Performance-Management: Du übernimmst die Kontrolle und das Reporting zentraler SaaS-Metriken (u.a. Churn-Raten, CAC, CLV). Dabei trackst du KPIs auf Unternehmensebene und brichst sie sinnvollerweise auf Team- und operative Ebenen herunter, um Tendenzen frühzeitig zu erkennen.…
