About this role

1st Line Support Engineer General Working hours: 9 – 5.30. Except when on the early shift. The early shift runs from 8 – 4.30 and the engineers share this on a rota basis. There may be times when out of hours work is required but this will be agreed with the engineer prior to being booked in. Transport: Required Skills: In all roles we are looking for someone who will fit into our team and has excellent customer service. We are just as much a customer service company as we are technical so this is very important to us. Clear written and verbal communication skills. A team player happy to help out at any level of the business. 1 ST Line Technical Ability: A keen interest in IT but no technical knowledge necessary, we will deliver the necessary training.…
