2 nd Line Technical Support Analyst Technical Ability: The candidate must be competent in: · Installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server – all versions · Installation and configuration of Microsoft Client OS – all versions. · Microsoft Exchange – all versions · Advanced network troubleshooting · Firewall configuration · DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and internet routing · Active Directory · Office 365 · IT best practices and configurations Role: · Providing escalation support to the help desk · Setup and configuration – Servers, firewalls, routers, wifi · Help with project planning and implementation · Going to site to help with installations and DR · Salary:£25,000 - £35,000 pa
