About this role

Responsibilities include the following: Lead the architecture, design, development, and optimization of complex optical systems and components for sensor products. Provide technical leadership across multiple optics development programs and technology initiatives. Provide technical leadership for optical subsystem integration with MEMS, mechanical, electronics, software, and overall sensor system architectures. Lead the investigation and resolution of complex optical performance characterization, alignment, reliability, and integration challenges. Define and review optical requirements, specifications, tolerances, performance budgets, and validation strategies.
