Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of multiple U.S.-based clients for a Corporate Legal Counsel/ Attorney to provide legal support in corporate governance, contract drafting, and compliance. This remote role is ideal for licensed attorneys in LATAM who are fluent in English and have experience supporting U.S. corporate operations. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Draft client agreements and contracts Create service agreements, NDAs, partnership contracts Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risks for U.S.-based clients.
