About the Role Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of travel industry clients seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue. Lead and mentor a team of travel advisors or sales representatives. Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and customers. Track sales performance and analyze booking trends. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Manage sales pipelines and forecasting. Requirements 3-8+ years of sales experience , preferably in travel or hospitality. Experience leading sales teams. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM systems.
