About this role

Position Title: Assistant Coach, Cheerleading Time Type: Part time Position Summary and Qualifications: Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will be responsible for implementing skill development programs for the Cheerleading program. This is a part-time, 12-month position with the majority of duties being performed September through April with other duties as needed in the off-months. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assume the duties of the Head Coach in their absence. The Assistant Coach is expected to be at practices, men’s and women’s basketball games, competitions, alumni events and fundraising events. Provide instruction in team concepts and sports etiquette.
