Position Title: Associate Infrastructure Communications Analyst Time Type: Full time Position Summary and Qualifications: The Associate Infrastructure Telecommunications Analyst will assist in providing easy-to-use, reliable, cloud-based telephony, messaging, unified communications, and collaboration services to the university community. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with less than one year of experience who is eager to learn modern UCaaS/CCaaS platforms. A primary focus of this role in 2026 will be supporting the University’s transition from legacy on-premise PBX systems to a Zoom cloud-based solution.
