About this role

As we continue to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond, our People & Culture function plays a critical role in building strong leadership, high-performing teams, and a unified company culture across borders. Skeleton's People & Office department is looking for a driven and experienced Head of People (m/f/x) You will define and execute our data‑driven People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across multiple locations. You will be as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands‑on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve how we scale.
