About Skill Sprout provides In-Home ABA services throughout the state of Illinois, Indiana and Texas as well as clinic-based services. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s role is to provide quality care to clients receiving applied behavior analysis services. This position reports directly to the Regional BCBA for the area. Responsibilities include: • Oversee staff of therapists inclusive of training, counseling, coaching, mentoring, and leading them to become better at providing their critically important work. • Interface with families and children supervising the implementation of assessment goals, behavior plans, and ongoing monitoring of progress within each child’s program.…
