RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:
- Executar e apoiar a estratégia de marketing e comunicação da marca no Brasil, garantindo consistência e presença nos diferentes canais.
- Construir e manter o posicionamento da marca no ecossistema de eCommerce/logística.
- Trabalhar na implementação da estratégia de CRM e lifecycle:
- Ativação.
- Engajamento.
- Retenção.
- Upsell.
- Gerenciar campanhas de comunicação para clientes atuais e base instalada.
- Planejar e executar eventos:
- Webinars.
- Eventos próprios.
- Participação em feiras e conferências.…
