About this role
RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:
- Ser responsável por todas as ações de CS no HubSpot: propriedades, pipelines, listas e automações, separando os dois produtos.
- Ativar módulo Service Hub no Hubspot.
- Construir e manter os dashboards do time: carteira, retenção, churn e adoção de funcionalidades.
- Garantir a confiabilidade nos dados, de modo em que todas a métricas estejam organizadas.
- Puxar, limpar e cruzar dados de fontes diferentes sem depender de outros times;
- Estruturar health score.
- Garantir que todos os fluxos estejam em pleno funcionamento no Hubspot.
- Mapear oportunidades: quem está parando de usar, quem pode crescer, onde perdemos clientes.
- Operar réguas automatizadas de relacionamento e medir o efeito delas na retenção.…
