[What the role is] The Prudential Policy Department (PPD) fosters a sound and dynamic financial sector through prudential policy formulation. [What you will be working on] Within PPD, the Prudential Advisory Division (PAD) formulates deposit insurance policies that support the orderly resolution of failing banks, with the aim of maintaining financial stability and protecting small depositors. You will help ensure that the deposit insurance framework strikes the right balance across competing policy considerations, and that its implementation processes run smoothly.
