[What the role is] [LTA-HR] ASSISTANT / DEPUTY MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (WORKFORCE PLANNING) [What you will be working on] The Human Resource (HR) Group supports LTA's purpose of delivering a people-centric land transport system and delivers future-ready solutions based on organisational needs. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support HR planning and digitalisation activities. The key responsibilities include the following: Workforce Planning Partner business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities, leveraging workforce analytics and manpower planning models. Analyse workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions to address current and future manpower needs.…
