As a Client Retention Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, improving retention, and helping customers find the right coverage solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships through inbound and outbound interactions to enhance client retention
Educate clients on coverages, policy changes, and tailored insurance solutions
Identify at-risk policies and proactively recommend options to prevent cancellations or non-renewals…
