We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors to support Linxon’s global HR systems and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a SuccessFactors super user, with deep involvement in system configuration, HR workflows, and end-to-end HR processes. Workday experience is an added advantage. This role requires solid functional HR knowledge combined with technical system expertise to ensure effective system configuration, continuous improvement, and strong alignment between HR processes and business needs.…
