Group Accountant

About the Role We are seeking a Group Accountant to assist with the accounting for the Group’s corporate entities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where there is significant scope for improvement and automation in close processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist the Group Accounting Manager with the following activities: Monthly close of the Group’s corporate holding companies, reporting in line with Group timelines. Intercompany recharge process for Corporate costs. Settlement of intercompany balances. Variance analysis of Corporate costs against budget. Ensure all invoices for Corporate entities are correctly coded, approved and paid on a timely basis. Post intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances with counterparties.…
