Deine Mission Du liebst Wachstum, smarte Kampagnen und Impact? Als CRM Marketer sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kunden bleiben, wachsen und begeistert sind. Du entwickelst datenbasierte CRM-Strategien, orchestrierst kanalübergreifende Kampagnen und machst aus Bestandskunden loyale Markenbotschafter. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Produkt, Data und unserem Content-Team zusammen – immer mit dem Ziel, Engagement und Lifetime Value zu steigern. Dein Auftrag: Kundenbeziehungen systematisch vertiefen, Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale aktivieren und die Kundenerfahrung entlang der gesamten Journey messbar verbessern.
