Job closes to applications COB Wednesday 11th November You will lead and develop a team of Debt Executives, ensuring the delivery of high performance, excellent customer service and key operational targets. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving team performance through effective leadership, coaching, mentoring and performance management, while ensuring workloads are balanced and operational challenges are addressed proactively.
