About this role

Based in our London office, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality technical support to the business, with a particular focus on Executives and Trading teams. You’ll act as a trusted technical expert and key point of contact, ensuring day-to-day incidents and service requests are handled efficiently while maintaining a seamless user experience. In this role, you will manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in line with SLAs, provide hands-on and remote support across Windows environments, applications, networks, and hardware, and act as an escalation point for more complex issues.
