The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is accountable for the overall commercial and operational performance of a large, complex portfolio of approximately 17,000 MPANs. The role provides end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship, ensuring both strong commercial outcomes and a consistently high standard of service delivery! Working in partnership with a dedicated Account Executive, in this role you will operate across a multi-functional team spanning billing, metering, onboarding, and customer service.
