About this role

Head of Sales - LATAM Smartly is looking for a Head of Sales - LATAM to lead commercial growth across Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM markets. This role combines regional sales leadership with direct enterprise selling, helping expand Smartly’s presence among some of the world’s leading advertisers and agencies. You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives while also managing strategic enterprise relationships across the region. Working closely with Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams, you will help shape Smartly’s go-to-market strategy in LATAM and drive measurable business growth for our customers.
