• Handle minimum 8 to 10 team members • Communication should be strong to interact with Team members, clients and manager. ? both verbal and written • Should be demonstrating leadership skills and represent the calls and team. • Should be having knowledge about TLM config(all components) /ETL/Support function. • Good Team player and should be providing SME level support to team • Willingness to adopt new technology and business process • Understand requirement or related documents • Should be a backup for the AVP • Should be able to troubleshoot environment, data control and operational issues. • Encourage and help team to take initiative to Automate and streamlining the process using scripts and scheduling tool • Provide regular progress updates to the functional manager/ team Manager.…
