Senior Analyst

Role Purpose: Manage, reconcile and provide senior oversight of Derivatives invoices according to process and procedure, acting as escalation point for complex or disputed items Meet and safeguard Service Level Agreement targets across the team's book of work Work on SmartStream's Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management solution ensuring all service level agreements are met Typical Work Activities include: Use the SmartStream solution to match client data and highlight any exceptions, including resolution of complex and aged exceptions escalated by junior analysts Raising data exceptions and owning the investigation process through to completion, driving root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence Prioritising work across own and team deliverables to ensure all SLAs are adhered to Kee…
