About this role

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all administrative and business support functions for the office/project. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including facility management, housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance services. Manage office infrastructure, assets, consumables, and vendor/service provider contracts. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, logistics, and visa support for employees and visitors, where applicable. Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and administrative services in accordance with company policies.
