About this role
Provide comprehensive Quantity Surveying services across all project stages as follow: Preparation of pre-tender cost estimates and detailed measurement works. Prepare and coordinate the calling of tender, including compilation of tender documents, tender queries, and corrigendum. Evaluate tender submissions, prepare tender reports and recommendations. Monitor and report project costs, including interim cost reporting and cashflow projections Assess and evaluate progress payment claims in accordance with contractual requirements. Prepare costing and valuation for changes / variations. Prepare and submit payment valuations to Clients, including through designated client portals.…
