Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Estimation and Measurement Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for quantity take-off and cost preparation. Prepare quantity measurements and the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Assist in compiling cost estimates, budget summaries, and tender submissions. Support feasibility studies and preliminary cost planning exercises. Maintain updated cost databases, unit rates, and supplier/subcontractor quotations. 2. Contract Administration Assist in the preparation and issuance of tender documents and BOQ packages. Support the evaluation and comparison of contractor/subcontractor quotations.
