Job Description DUTIES: • Provide friendly and courteous service to customers • Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. • Receive and process merchandise • Display plants and flowers, using proper signs • Water, and attend to flowers and plants • Be knowledgeable on names, and proper care of flowers and plants • Make bows, corsages, and boutonnieres • Arrange fresh flowers • Package and wrap fresh flowers • Pull dated product • Follow company safety and sanitation procedures by cleaning shelves, floor and work areas • Proper use of helium tanks to inflate balloons • Provide customer service on phones • Take orders, and prepare for pickup and delivery • Know proper procedure for ordering F.T.D.…
