Role Purpose Partner with BU leadership to translate Greater China financial strategy into BU results—driving profitable growth, disciplined resource allocation, and rigorous decision-making. Combine finance expertise with business acumen to challenge, influence, and improve commercial outcomes while maintaining strong governance and control. Key Outcomes (KPIs) Forecast accuracy (Revenue/GM/Opex) within agreed tolerance. BU EBIT margin and mix improvement vs. plan. Inventory health: DII, aging %, and obsolescence within thresholds.
