This position is responsible for coordinating the procurement and distribution of materials, parts, equipment, tools, and supplies for the organization. Buyers are also responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions and material requirement plans (MRP) and conferring with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. Ensures supplier qualifies for purchase order placement per quality requirements as required.…
