Job Summary: The HR Administrator/Generalist plays a key role in supporting daily human resources operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, administering HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
