Production Supervisor

Manage employee schedules, attendance, timekeeping records, performance evaluations, training, coaching, and corrective actions. Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures. Determine stock and supply requirements based on production schedules and requisition materials from storage as needed. Interpret specifications, blueprints, work instructions, and job orders; communicate requirements and assign work responsibilities to employees. Plan the flow of materials through the department and optimize equipment and machine layouts to support production requirements.
