Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities/Duties 职责 / 权限 : Participation in all Smiths Interconnect EHS programs, policies, procedures and training requirements Define, monitor, analyze and continuously improve the supplier quality performance of the business unit both externally and internally through Performance Excellence activities. Develop improvement plans utilizing DMAIC/LEAN methodologies and guide actions to drive improvement in Supplier’s KPIs (key performance indicators) and Supplier process capability Coach, council, and mentor site level and business unit team, enabling supplier quality system and supplier management and goal improvements.
