About this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate commercial terms and conditions of sale and purchase and quality; Assist in gathering context with business partners so that transactions can be drafted accurately and efficiently; Advise on trade compliance matters, including import/export controls, economic sanctions, restricted-party screening, and related regulatory requirements. Provide guidance on supply chain compliance, product compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, ESG, and other regulatory matters relevant to the electronics distribution industry. Partner with our traders, buyers, and business leaders across EMEA to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.…
