About this role
Your Opportunity as an ICQA Lead Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to follow instructions (written & verbal), safely and accurately complete assigned duties, and maintain company standards. Duties include leading a small team, managing daily workload, communicating with all levels of personnel, reacting quickly to quality or inventory issues, auditing, monitoring/reporting teams' activities, and using forklift/high reach equipment.
