Job Description The Team Leader role is the leader of an operating shift responsible for the continuous improvement, training, and collective performance. Team performance is measured by the team scorecard and overall team skill development. This role will not be an automatic Tier 4 Role, but will allow the Selected Technician the Leadership Path to work Towards a Tier 4 in the Decatur Tier Progression System. Team Meetings/ Staffing Is responsible for the team’s total collective performance in all aspects (Safety, Quality & Productivity) Develop and implement a shift plan ready prior to the start of the team meeting that meets team commitments.
