About this role
Owns all mechanical and electrical equipment in the department. Write, implement, and troubleshoot PLC code on new and existing equipment. Provides project input and collaboration with Engineering Department. Drives out losses (failures and breakdowns) within equipment and department. Develops preventative maintenance (PM) tasks for all mechanical and electrical equipment. Participates and coach others to maintain power and controls equipment. Understand and model Operational Excellence and HPO systems and tools. Responsible for driving mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues to root cause. Strives to develop a zero-loss and continuous improvement culture. Actively communicates changes to equipment and processes to others in the Plant.…
