About this role
SMX is seeking a JICO to plan, coordinate, and manage joint tactical data link operations and multi-TDL network integration. The role supports a reliable SOF - common tactical picture across joint and coalition command-and-control systems. This is a full-time onsite position at MacDill AFB in SOCOM HQ. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plan and manage multi-TDL architecture, information exchange requirements, and interface control procedures. Coordinate with joint, service, and coalition stakeholders to resolve interoperability and data-flow issues. Monitor tactical data link performance, troubleshoot interfaces, and support exercises and operational missions.
