About this role
SMX is seeking a Security Cooperation / Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Subject Matter Expert to work in person at Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC), USINDOPACOM’s theater special operations command at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. This position supports the planning, development and execution of security cooperation programs that build partner-nation special operations capacity across the Indo-Pacific. The SME will advise SOCPAC leadership on the full FMS case lifecycle and related Title 10 and Title 22 authorities, align security cooperation activities to the SOCPAC and USINDOPACOM campaign plans, and coordinate with Security Cooperation Offices, DSCA, USSOCOM, the Military Departments and the Department of State.…
