Um was es geht Als Solution Consultant bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Interessent:innen, Kund:innen, unserem Sales-Team und unseren System Integration Consultants. Du verstehst die Prozesse und Geschäftsziele unserer Kunden, deckst die eigentlichen Beweggründe hinter Anforderungen auf und übersetzt sie in klare Use Cases und belastbare Anforderungsdokumente (die Grundlage, auf der unsere Integration sauber aufsetzen kann). Du berätst auf Augenhöhe, hinterfragst Anforderungen kritisch und stellst sicher, dass wir Lösungen verkaufen, die im vereinbarten Scope realistisch und sauber umsetzbar sind.…
