Vice President of People

At SnapSoft, we are scaling our global organization across the US, Hungary, and the EU, and are looking for a senior People leader to lead and evolve our People & Culture function as we grow from 150 to 300+ colleagues. This is a strategic leadership role with a strong operational focus. You will be responsible for building a scalable, consistent, and compliant People function, establishing the processes, systems, and structures needed to support sustainable growth across multiple regions. You will review the current setup, identify gaps, and implement improvements while ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.
