About SNV Vietnam’s Transforming the Rice Value Chain for Climate Resilient and Sustainable Development (TRVC) is a pioneering initiative and flagship project for SNV in the region. TRVC works with the private sector to introduce low-emission and climate resilient rice practices into the Mekong Delta. The project is amongst the first of its kind in Vietnam to mobilize pay-for-results as catalytic to incentivize private sector to scale low-emission and sustainable rice farming with smallholders’ farmers; and the international verification (MRV) system with a view to registration on the voluntary carbon market.
