Proces Technieker - Spuitgieterij Zamak Als spuitgiettechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het autonoom beheren, optimaliseren en technisch configureren van 6 tot 12 spuitgietinstallaties binnen een 2-ploegenstelsel. Je werkt in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar zamak (legering van zink, aluminium, magnesium en koper) verwerkt wordt tot precisieonderdelen met hoge kwaliteitsvereisten. Je rol gaat verder dan bediening van de machines: je focust op procescontrole, parametrisatie en continue optimalisatie van het spuitgietproces, met oog op efficiëntie, reproduceerbaarheid en automatisatie.
