Social Deal groeit hard en de commerciële binnendienst voor de Duitse markt, bestaande uit de operationele afdelingen Sales Support, Partner Support én de Tekstredactie, groeit volop mee en zit vol sterke specialisten met veel expertise. Om deze groei in goede banen te leiden, zoeken we een allround Teamlead Commercieel met kennis van de Duitse markt. Jij stuurt aan op de people- en proceskant, brengt structuur en benut commerciële kansen bij de operationele afdelingen. Zij vormen de spin in het web van de backoffice in Duitsland. Daarnaast ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van onze Duitse deals, van commerciële scherpte tot de juiste tone of voice en tekstuele inhoud.…
