About this role

Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join our Delivery team. You’ll take ownership of our CRM ecosystem, driving it's adoption, optimization, and impact across multiple departments while helping scale how we use data to support business growth. Purpose of the role: You’ll optimize CRM usage across the product teams & marketing, pre-sales, sales, operations functions to improve efficiency and decision-making, and develop reporting and data insights to support performance improvements and strategic initiatives Key responsibilities: Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
