Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Legal Specialist to join our Legal and Compliance Team. We are seeking an inquisitive and detail-oriented specialist who can work independently, communicate clearly, and support the company in meeting legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. Purpose of the role: You will support the Legal and Compliance Team in a wide range of legal and regulatory tasks, including legal research, contract and document management, licensing support, policy drafting, partner due diligence, regulatory audits, and communication with external advisors and authorities.
